It has a large cathedral ceilinged open plan living/ kitchen dining area with wood burning stove and breathtaking views to the Cairngorms There are 4 bedrooms ( 2 en suite), family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and sauna. Upstairs is a gallery area overlooking the living space and a large playroom with TV, Xbox and Playstation. The highlights have to be the fully glazed wall with views to the Cairngorms and the sauna after a day on the hills or on the river. Suitable for a relaxing family weekend just chillin’ in front of the wood burning stove to a full on activity packed few days. Activities in the area. Skiiing at Cairngorm or The Lecht subject to snow and wind!!, Mountain biking, walking, golf at one of 5 courses within 30 mins ( Abernethy, Boat of Garten, Spey Valley, Grantown, and Carrbridge), fishing, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting and loads more all within 30 minutes of the house. Outdoor Living With 2 acres of garden to explore, the family won’t be short of hiding places or seats to catch the sun with a morning cuppa or an evening tipple. A dedicated eating area with modern plush seating hosts everyone for alfresco dining, drinks or a BBQ. The Maltings has a recently renovated summerhouse from which you can take in the views, have some time away, or a place for the children to create an adventure. The village of Nethy Bridge is not too far away for keen walkers. Availability The Maltings is able to offer full weeks Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday, and some weekend breaks Friday to Monday, Midweeks Monday to Friday. We are delighted to welcome you to The Maltings at 4pm. Departure is required at 10am on your departure day. The Maltings is a 270 year old converted oat mill - now a self catering luxury lodge with a hot tub, summerhouse and large garden to explore. The property has steps to get to various levels and would not be suitable for wheelchairs. It would be accessible for prams and buggies.
