With tremendous views of the Cairngorms and the added bonus of the town centre just a 5 minute walk away; convenient for groceries, eating out and of course there are also a few pubs to settle into should you wish.Grantown on Spey as its name suggests, sits on the banks of one of the world's finest Salmon Rivers. It is also the Capital of Strathspey and a key town within the recently formed Cairngorm National Park. Within a few minutes stroll from Holmhill there are forest walks, river walks, cycle tracks, a golf course, Salmon and Trout fishing, bird and wildlife watching and much, much more. Grantown on Spey is a perfect base for exploring the Highlands with wintersports in the Cairngorm mountains, Loch Ness and the World Famous ‘Malt Whisky Trail' only a short drive away.
