The Den is situated high on the side on the side of Glenlivet in the Cairngorms National Park. Set on level ground and enjoying a south westerly view into the glen. The open plan kitchen, diner and living room are surrounded with large windows giving panoramic views across the glen. The house has a twin and double bedroom and a large family bathroom. The surrounding countryside of the Glenlivet Crown Estate is ideal for walking, wildlife watching, fishing, mountain biking, skiing and many other outdoor pursuits. Its central location equally distant between Aviemore, Royal Deeside and the Moray Coast makes it an ideal base for exploring north eastern Scotland. The holiday cottage has its own patio and garden with parking for two cars. There are a number of marked trails nearby which are good for hiking, biking and exploring. Visitors are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement.
