It is fully gas centrally-heated and double-glazed. All bed-linen and towels, heating, gas and electricity included. It also has Jotul and Morso wood-burning stoves. Faces due south. It has a fully-equipped large modern kitchen with gas hobs, electric ovens, built-in fridge, freezer, all crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster and dish-washer. Large extra fridge-freezer and external drying room. There is a spacious dining room, and large double lounge with three settees (one is a Parker Knoll bed settee) and satellite TV. Double-glazed windows looking out on magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The lounge has a sliding patio door on the south side that opens onto a paved sitting area with table and benches. There are two double bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom. Three bathrooms, two upstairs and one dopwnstairs. One has bath and shower, one with en-suite shower in the twin bedroom and one with shower downstairs. We also own Morrone Cottage which is separate, but can be interlinked through a connecting corridor to provides four extra beds so that we can also accommodate larger family groups or family reunions of 7 -13 people. Morrone is a home and there is basically everything there so that you can arrive and feel at home within minutes! We have ample private car-parking space in the drive and two large gardens that face south to the mountains and Glenshee on one side, and north directly to the Cairngorms on the other.
