Evening Talk: The life and times of Robin Redbreast by David Parkin

An illustrated evening talk by Professor David Parkin

Recently voted Britain's national bird, the Robin is a familiar sight in millions of gardens across Britain and Ireland. But what is a Robin? How does it fit into the pattern of nature? What enemies does it have? And, away from biology, what is its place in folklore? This talk will address some of these topics and recognise a few famous ‘Robins' from history.
