Located in a secluded rural spot at the top of the Glenbeg Estate and a couple of miles outside Grantown-on-Spey, our Glenbeg Bunkhouse and Bothy is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in traditional Scottish surroundings. The Glenbeg Bunkhouse is a bright and airy converted farmhouse that sleeps up to 27 people over three rooms, two bunk-rooms of 11 and 12 beds each, and a cosier 4-bed room. The building acquires a cosy feeling all year round due to the double-glazing and central heating. The downstairs features a large open-plan kitchen which is well equipped for group self-catering, and a common room with a range of seating to suit the requirements of the diverse groups using the space. There is also one private bathroom and communal male and communal female bathrooms that give access to a sink, toilet and shower. After a day of exploring Scotland's vast landscapes or visiting the activity centre nearby, make use of the hanging and drying area for coats and footwear. The Glenbeg Bothy is a converted steading offering snug and cosy accommodation across a single floor. The bunk-room sleeps six people comfortably, with a guest-bed also available if necessary. A spacious wetroom, suitably equipped to assist wheelchair users, adjoins the bunkroom. This accommodation is a great option for groups that include those with a disability, as there is level access and free parking outside the front door. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area features at the opposite end of the building and includes a wood burner and central heating to warm up after your outdoor explorations. This property has a selection of books and games, and there is a flatscreen for the playing of DVDs with a small selection already available, with the deliberate choice of no TV reception.

Traditional granite built licensed Guest House, dating back to 1859, and one of the few listed guest house in the Cairngorms National Park. The building has been completely refurbished and renovated in the last 2 years, with the most recent addition being a full length conservatory which serves as the breakfast and dining room. Home cooked meals available, undercover parking/storage for motorcycles and cycles, private rear car park, wireless broadband internet access available throughout the building, drying facilities and rod storage. We have two ground floor rooms available for less able guests. Strictly no smoking throughout.
